10. Medical Treatments:the employer

10. Medical Treatments:the employer shall bear the cost of employees medical treatment
11. Insurance:free necessary insurance against death or injury according to the laws of the country of employment
12. Other Terms and Conditions:the employer shall 1 pay the basic salary of due months,if any employees are repatriated before completing the contract period,for whatever reason. Other terms and conditions favourable to the employer and employee not covered herein and which are provided by the laws of the country of employment shall apply and shall be the part of the contract.
