Bagi mengetahui mengenai tahap stress peserta, fasilitator mengedarkan borang soal selidik Burnout mengukur sama ada peserta berada dalam keadaan stress atau tidak. Setelah selesai menjawab Fasilitator akan mengira skor yang peserta dapat dan membuat analisis. Fasilitator akan menggunakan power point sebagai medium yang digunakan untuk menerangkan kepada peserta mengenai tahap stress. Peserta juga akan mengetahui punca atau sebab yang menyebabkan mereka stress.
